Few things to keep in mind STEP is not employment in ThoughtWorks, it is a internship program. On successful completion employment is offered. Only polytechnic diploma holders are eligible to join STEP. There is no stream restrictions like only CS or IT people can join. Any one with polytechnic diploma in India can apply. Given these facts the selection process is also very unique. As per process it starts with an online apitude test followed by an telephonic interview and then F2F interview. Online Test For online test you need understanding of basic Maths, Reasoning and English. Any book which covers these subjects is good enough.(If you think you need a book) Telephonic Interview If you are selected then you will be getting a call and asked basic things like family, interests and about yourself.
